The mission of Aurora Rise is simple. We will try to help make the days ahead of those affected by Century 16 Aurora theater shooting on July 20, 2012, a little bit brighter. We will continue this effort so that no one will ever be forgotten and so that the public will never forget.
Aurora Rise is a Section 501(c)(3) non profit charitable organization founded in the wake of the Century 16 Aurora theater shooting on July 20, 2012. It has been created by victims to help other victims with small acts of assistance and kindness.
Our goal is to do things to make someone’s day a little better and remind those affected by the Century Aurora Theater Shooting that there are people still out there who care. In memory of those that we lost, Aurora Rise will establish scholarship programs to ensure the public will never forget.
To quote Frank Sinatra
“ I’m for whatever gets you through the night”.
